Braxton's quickie for the day...
Today’s quickie is driven by a recent rash of emails related to electrode hygiene. Those of us in the e-stim world are well aware that premium anal and vaginal electrodes are expensive. That’s the bad news…the good news is that with a little care, they have a long life.
Because they are expensive, there appears to be a growing trend among couples to share an electrode. The most popular arrangement appears to be the woman lending her vaginal electrode to her male partner for his anal use. This is an open invitation for the woman to contract a UTI, due to E. coli bacteria in the anal canal. Never, never forget: any electrode which has been used anally is unfit for use in the vagina. It is next to impossible to sanitize an electrode to the degree necessary to kill the E. coli bacteria.
