Which kit is right for me?
Kit substitution policy
As we grow our family of electrodes, we encourage you to build the kit that best meets your needs. You may substitute any electrode in any of our kits for another electrode of the same price. Just email us the details (or add a note in your shopping cart) and we will be happy to fulfill your request whenever possible, subject to availability of requested electrodes.
Where do you ship?
In addition to the USA, we ship to these countries.
FREE SHIPPING! All of our products ship free to US addresses in the 48 contiguous states!
All of our products ship discreetly. The designated shipper will be Braxton-Higby.
- Same-day shipping for US orders placed by 10:00 AM Eastern (Monday - Friday).
- Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
- We will notify you promptly should there be any delay in the processing of your order!
- When your order ships, we email the tracking number.
- Unless you have made advance arrangements with the carrier, a signature may be required.
- Canadian customers: Want it FAST? Choose Express Mail shipping at checkout. Average transit time (including Customs) is just 5 business days!
US addresses: We ship via UPS Ground, departing from Roanoke, VA. UPS Ground shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska and Hawaii, additional charges apply, and they will be reflected in the shopping cart.
APO / FPO / DPO addresses: We ship via USPS Priority Military Mail.
International addresses: We ship via USPS. We will use your shopping cart choice of Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Any customs fees, GST, etc. are your responsibility. Your payment to us covers only the goods and shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Items from Anna's Essentials and StimWear ship free to the contiguous US states only. Depending upon the shipping requirements of the total order, it's possible that items from Anna's Essentials and StimWear may ship separately via USPS First Class Mail.
For US street addresses we can ship via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. You can choose these options in your shopping cart.

We require that any inquiry or change request pertaining to your order must originate from the email address on record for the order.
All payments are processed through PayPal. We also accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
We do not accept checks or money orders.
Your card is not charged until we ship. At the time of purchase, PayPal will verify for available funds.
Charges from this store appear as HIGBY on your card statement. On PayPal, we are designated as Braxton-Higby.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, international customers are responsible for all additional shipping expense.
Returns and refunds
We only sell new products that ship in tamper-evident packaging. Your return privileges are conditioned upon the order remaining in new condition, with all tamper-evident packaging intact.
Any return that we find not to be in new condition, as determined by the tamper-evident seals, cannot be restocked and will incur a disposal fee.
Returns are subject to deductions for a restocking fee and our shipping expense. Once we have received and inspected the return, a refund, net of deductions, will be credited back to the method of payment.
Returns must be initiated within three calendar days of delivery, as determined by the carrier's tracking information. Email Anna or Braxton to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
